i think i love you :|
i don't know what to do, should i be happy because there's a chance to be us? or be sad because I'm not good enough for you. I'm experiencing different kinds of emotions right now. you're the first thought on my mind when I wake up, and the last thought I have before I fall asleep, not to mention all those random times, When I see you I can't help but smile,when I hear your voice I get butterflies, hearing your name makes me blush, you're the last thing I think about at night and the first thing I think of when I wake up.. :|

How to loose weight, Proven and tested
I've conducted an experiment on how to loose weight for girls and how to build up muscles for guys. it takes me about 1 month to finish the experiment but you know what they say "Patience is a virtue" so i got positive results the program has 4 steps and requires discipline, determination and patience.
Step 1: The simple yet hardest part of the program. Avoid eating too much, yes i know its hard but its essential in loosing weight.
Step 2: Avoid skipping meals , eating small amount of food frequently doesn't makes you fat actually it elevates our metabolism and makes our energy stable, necessary for guys when you work out
Step 3: The workout phase. For men wear yourselves out to the gym 15 mins in the treadmill and bike 15 mins before and after, its up to you on what program you're going to do, if you weigh around 160-180 lbs i suggest to spend 2 hours or more (Depends on your Cardio) and visit the gym at least 3 times a week. Another thing you don't need to lift heavy weights it doesn't really speeds up muscle development it builds up your strength

for ladies just jog around your subdivision or park or even your house :) every morning you just need to sweat to make those fat cells go bye-bye and say hello to that curve that guys wanted. Going to the gym is optional as i said you just need to sweat. Doing a bunch of sit-ups and crunches also helps to flattened out your tummies and to pop-out your obliques
Step 4: Maintain Step 1-3 and Be patient. Don't loose hope if you don't see early results it takes 2-3 weeks don't rush things out.
Important Reminders:
-Avoid Eating fatty foods
-Avoid drinking liquors "IT'S A BIG NO NO !"
-Fit n Right serves as a catalyst in loosing weight because it has L-Carnatine which is a quartenary ammonium compound, it is required for the transport of fatty acids from the cystosol into the mitochondria during the breakdown of lipids (FATS) for the generation of metabolic energy(Asking doctors and nurses really helps me explain this, Thanks to them c:) so if i were you ill drink this.
-In body building eating foods rich in protein is essential because it promotes muscle growth. Foods rich in protein are:Milk, Soy Milk, Eggs, Cheese, Yogurt, Peanut Butter, Lean meats, Poultry, Fish, Tofu, and Grains(Bread and Pasta)
It works for me but i get minimum results due to the fact that i can't stop eating :)) I've tried it for 2 weeks and i loose 9 lbs but then i start eating too much then again I gain 9 lbs .
Dancing also helps in loosing weight and its the easiest way of all

Our metabolism are different from one another some are fast and some are slow so i cannot guarantee you 100% positive results.

Friends
In college its hard to distinguish who you'r friends are, you don't know they just smile in front of you then when you turn your back the smack talking begins. Does it occur to them that the problem wouldn't be elucidate if they keep talking behind each others back. Act your age be mature we're not kids anymore. I'm not pertaining to anyone but that's what i see right now no offense in some of the cliques I'm in I notice that kind of attitude especially backstabbing.
Truly good friends are hard to find, difficult to leave and impossible to leave .

Dancing Before and After
Dance is an/a art, silent poetry, way to stay fit, way to loose weight, and Passion. For me its a way of expressing yourself by the use of your body and music as a guide. If i could recall dancing started in Egypt around 3300 B.C it originates 250 years ago by some sort of rituals(the things that shamans or retarded peoples do). In this age Dancing is complex and has a lot of branches. Most of the people today focuses on Modern dances they find it more entertaining than cultural or folk dance, yes its true and i bet you're one of them. Nowadays Dance is so much popular some makes a living out of it(Dancing Schools, Dance Clinic), used for charity(conducting a concert to help the unfortunate ones), use it to make them popular(Joining Aired and Televised Contest). Our Country(Philippines) is considered as number 1 in Dancing Thanks to the Philippine ALL-STARS,The Philippine Allstars was started in 2005 by 12 friends who came from different backgrounds, but wanted to collectively represent their country in the World Hip-Hop Championships held in the US . That year after taking first in the Maximum Groovity II, National Hip-Hop Open, they proudly placed 6th in the World. In 2006, Allstars put the Philippines on the map of Hip-hop dance in becoming the first Asian country to win back-to-back World Gold titles in the International Hip-hop Open d’Γtalia in Turin , Italy and in the World Hip-Hop Dance Championships in Los Angeles , California . The next year, the group took Bronze in the same competition and also won Team of the Year from V.Ent’s First Annual Dance Awards. Now in 2008, they came back strong again and took Gold in the World Hip-Hop Dance Championships held in Las Vegas , Nevada . They're the reason why the Philippines is known world wide. Last words the key in dancing is you must enjoy what you're doing, practice practice practice and alot more practice and most of all be CREATIVE!
